Now hailed as the national rock/sludge pride of Venezuela, Cultura Tres came from far. With the first EP "Seis" (2007) the band already outgrew the South American continent. But only after releasing debut album "La Cura" in October 2008, the band started to get noticed worldwide. Cultural Amnesia (CA) are Ben Norland, John Peacock and Gerard Greenway. Based in a picturesque village about 40 miles west of London, they were first active 1980–1983, when they became a part of the “cassette culture”, the post-punk subculture of musicians making music entirely independently and releasing it on cassette tapes, themselves or through small cassette labels.
