Akutagawa is an emotive rock band from Yamagata, Japan formed in 2001. In 2006, they released 2 albums “AKUTAGAWA” from Versus Horse Recordings and “君と僕” from Cosmic Note. Citant Parabellum, Les Sheriff, The Exploited, The Ramones, Bad Religion, Suicidal Tendencies et Bérurier Noir comme influences, le groupe est à l'origine composé de Niko (chant et guitare), Pascal (guitare), Pepel (basse), et Benoît (batterie). Il est actuellement composé de Niko au chant et guitare, Waner (Nevrotic Explosion) à la basse, Stef à la guitare, Job (Tromatized Youth, Nevrotic Explosion) à la batterie et compte 1600 concerts et 24 pays traversés.
